Temporary Whitelist

Hello everyone,

My name is Alex, I’ve been on the server for several months now, but am having difficulty logging in as of this evening, the 13th of April. I should note it has been a few weeks since my last login.

When I attempt to log in I am denied access with the error message “Temporary Server Whitelist”. Is there some additional process to become re-whitelisted now that we’ve changed servers? I glanced over the forums just now and didn’t see any forum posts related to this.

Hello,

If you check the MOTD, it should say to use the “game.arcaneminecraft.com” as the ip. The “arcane.mymc.io” or “game.arcane-minecraft.com” (note the dash) are outdated.

Ah, thanks for the help, I’ve found my way onto the new server now.

It’s pretty exciting :smiley:

… until you realize that spawn is in savanna and it’s getting too hot there.

Someone should install a spawn-wide cooler xD
