This will automagically load and send carts on their way and handle an infinite stream of Items. I think I might be able to make it smaller with another comparator.
So I figured out how comparators work

you should look at simons design under spawn building for the rail line into chest cave, and the input station at chest cave.
it dispenses a chest cart onto the track, fills the chest cart, when full sends it to chest cave, chest cave unloads them and then sends them back to the dispense area, where theyre broken by a cactus and then put back into the chest to be put in the dispenser to be refilled when needed.
its pretty awesome!
