Why you want to be a moderator: I like the community and would like to help it out somehow. I’m on all the time and try to maintain constant charity.
Relevant experience: Plenty of experience configuring servers through FTP access and assisting in running communities, notorious in my circle for tireless dedication. Skilled in web and software development. Relevant skills include: HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery, SQL, Python, Java, and sprinklings of a bunch of other little things. I guess I’d be more useful in making sure the server functions than making sure people are behaving correctly. I’d probably be too lenient when it comes to laying down the law. But I used to spend all day running around watching for cheaters and griefers on a server I helped run a year ago of comparable size to Arcane, so maybe I would be okay at it.
