End portal issue

I figured out the issue with the end portal. it isn’t dropping you below the platform, it is putting you in the same coords as the overworld portal… and letting you fall.

Why slime? And how do you suggest we slime it?

slime blocks ontop of the spawn in platform would just let you fall and bounce on them

If we put a platform made of slime at approximately y equals 50 or 60 depending on the end portal height then people will fall down, hit the block and taking no damage. An alternative would be water but slime gives a better effect. as for how we would want to make a bridge from one of the surrounding in Island. that way we can bridge over, get to the correct spot Slime it and have somebody jump through. if they don’t have to /home because they just bounce we have succeeded and put a Band-Aid patch on the end issue. Once we actually have a platform in the correct area we can adjust the height so that people land on it from a block or two High instead of fall down on it.

I suspected that it was moving your x and z, and not just glitching your y…
