Bay Area improvments

Hey guys,
Its SherdogHolmes here. I’m not too sure what the conditions of building near spawn are, but I have a couple ideas for beatifying a specific area.
The current area looks like this:

I was just thinking about adding some decorations and improving the wildlife look there.

I will of course be leaving the other builds alone and rather working around them to improve the bay area look.

Talk to DClem and SimonORJ. The former did the docks, the latter did the bridge.
