I currently have a base that is for sale that can be expanded into a mountainside. Here is how to get there:
Go through the Nether Portal Network (Highway) to where the gold, stone, and cave spider farms are.
You’ll see a sign like so, follow the path to the left.
You should see something like this.
Here are the rules/guidelines to follow if you buy it;

[color=#00BF00]YOU MAY:[/color] Expand west and north-ish, expand upwards to an extent, connect to any pre-existing tunnels (located at y=30.)
Comes with a chest containing two stacks of spruce logs, a half stack of spruce planks, a half stack of glass panes, and a stack of torches.
Slim vertical design to encourage expansion.
Has access to a cave spider farm, gold farm, stone farm, potato farm, sugar cane farm, chicken egg farm, and private mine only available to residents of The Sumptuous Heights.
