Apparently, Minecraft 1.9 breaks glass item elevators. It might prevent mobs from falling through moving floor as well! D:
Currently, the guardian farm and the witch farm heavily relies on the glass item elevator. The witch farm also uses shifting floor to make the witches fall, but this one might not break since the witch farm uses soulsand.
Here’s hoping that there will be an alternative methods for these long-lasted feature bugs.
