1.8 release

So as all of you know the 1.8 release is close to its due date! With that coming I propose a fresh start. Yes, a new map would be great in order to get all the new things.

Heeeeell nah. Besides, the plan is to expand the current map rather than a whole new one. Its not like there are any new biomes like in 1.7

No new biomes, no big biome generation change… Let’s keep our map!

We’ll have a map expansion, with that we will be able to get all the new things. I find this a fully sufficient plan.

I’m on ytorgonak side on this one. I would really like to see a new map. But even if this is not happening, i wont be mad.

Will the map expand at the same time?

Yes the map will be expanded as soon as we switch to 1.8
